1. Identify a problem

Project supporters tell me what isn't working with Joomla!, my extensions, or someone elses extension

4. Launch and listen

I send the new solution into the world and start listening for feedback and suggestions.

2. Define the problem

I brain work the problem then design the simpliest solution possible.

3. Minimum viable solution

I build an extension that addresses the problem using CLEAN development practices with LEAN mentality.
